That is an FS1 that runs partially on standard fuel (until 6000 revs) and then it switches over to Hydrogen.
The Hydrogen is being created while riding, so there is no Hydrogen being tanked, only water.

This is for sure no "saturday afternoon project". This is a well thought and safe design with many hours of research...
